FREE shipping for all orders within Australia over $70. For orders under $70, a flat rate of $5 will be charged for delivery.
Despatch time - Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 business days once received. Shipping time - Around 3-7 working days depending on the delivery location.

International postage cost does not include import duties and taxes. Customers are responsible to these charges.
For any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days.
Faulty or incorrectly supplied products - please email us within 5 days after receiving the products using our Returns Form here, provide your order number and other details. We will get back to you within 3 business days.
Our policy any returns must be received by us within 14 days after the returns approval given.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase to be printed and put inside the parcel when sending back. Customers will be responsible for delivery charges unless the products are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Please note we do not accept the return of opened or used products that are not faulty. Due to the nature of handcrafted products, each individual item is unique and not faulty if looks different from photos shown or shape and aroma and colour is different from your previous purchases.
