FREE shipping for all orders within Australia over $150. For orders under $150, a flat rate of $12 will be charged for delivery.
Despatch time - Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 business days once received.
Shipping time - Around 3-7 working days depending on the delivery location.
International:
Shipping rate based on delivery location and weight.
Despatch time - Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 business days once received.
Shipping time - Around 6-13 working days depending on the delivery location.
International postage cost does not include import duties and taxes. Customers are responsible to these charges.
For any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 3 business days.
Return and Refund Policies
Purchased Incorrect Product
- Contact us within 7 business days to initiate the return process.
- The product must be returned within 14 days after receiving approval for the return.
- Please note that the return shipping cost will be covered by the buyer.
Damaged in Transit
- Contact us within 7 business days to report the damage.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and ensure a satisfactory resolution.
Received Incorrect Product
- Contact us within 7 business days to inform us about the issue.
- The product must be returned within 14 days after receiving approval for the return.
- Forest Natural Skincare will cover the return shipping cost in this case.
Faulty Product
- Contact us within 7 business days to report the faulty product.
- The product must be returned within 14 days after receiving approval for the return.
- Forest Natural Skincare will cover the return shipping cost for faulty products.
Allergy
- Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
- The product must be returned within 14 days after receiving approval for the return.
- Please note that the return shipping cost will be covered by the buyer.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your items meet the following criteria:
- The items must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- They must be in their original packaging.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind.
- Additionally, gift cards/vouchers purchased cannot be returned and are not redeemable for cash.
Returns Form
To initiate your return request, please complete our Returns Form. This form helps us better understand your specific situation and ensure a smooth process.
- Fill out the Returns Form with the required details and click Submit button.
- Once we receive your completed Returns Form, our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions within 3 business days.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, please include a printed proof of purchase inside the parcel when sending it back to us.
- This helps us identify your order and process your return more efficiently.
Return Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for the delivery charges associated with returning the products unless the items are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
- If the products are indeed faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will cover the return shipping charges.
Opened or Used Natural Skincare Products and Unique Handcrafted Items
Please note that we do not accept the return of opened or used natural skincare products, as well as other items that are not faulty.
- Due to the nature of handcrafted products, each individual item is unique. Therefore, slight variations in appearance, shape, aroma, and color are to be expected and do not constitute a fault.
- We want to assure you that these differences are normal and demonstrate the authenticity and artisanal nature of our products.
